A Desert Sunset
The Sunsets in the desert have been some of the most beautiful I have seen in a while. There is something so magical about the sun silhouetting the mountains and cacti as it sets. This family was an absolute joy.
Tina was literally the first person I met after we moved here. I was trying to get my kids and myself acquainted with our new home and the community we now call home. My three kiddos were with me and she had her precious Bella with her. We both sat with our kiddos out on the patio and seeing that there was four of us, she and Bella moved to a two top so my kids and I could sit together. I am not exaggerating when I say she is the sweetest human! We struck up a conversation and little did I know at the time but this would turn into a beautiful friendship. I am so grateful for her.
I met her husband, Tim, for the first time at our session. The two of them together was such a joy to watch. They were so connected with each other and their sweet girl.
Their outfits were spot on!
I am biased because I LOVE mustard yellow. I love all fall colors (even more now since we live in an area that doesn’t really get fall foliage like other places).
The sun was setting and the weather was perfect for early fall. The image just above here is probably one of my absolute favorites from this session. They have their arms wrapped around their precious girl. Her face says it all. She knows she is well loved.
One day these images will me everything to this gorgeous girl.
What I love about family sessions is having the opportunity to get to know each family. Everyone’s stories are different. Everyone’s seasons in life are different.
Get portraits of the ones you love, share them, print them, display them. I promise you wont regret it.
